Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 (before tax and after discounts), and orders under $50 ship for 10 euros. Standard delivery usually takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location and the time of year.

Please note: while we try our best, shipping timelines aren't always in our control. If there's a delay, we appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you in the loop. You’ll receive a shipping notification with your tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way!

You can also choose to add package protection for a small additional fee at checkout. This protects your order if it’s lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If something goes wrong, connect with us at hello@ijuanitajoy.shop within 14 days of the last tracking update, and our team will help you file a claim or process a replacement.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was entered at checkout, we won’t be able to replace the package under protection. In those cases, a $12 reshipment fee applies, and we’ll do our best to get your order rerouted or resent as quickly as possible.
